This fortnight, in Physical Education, Year 1 and 2 students were introduced to Health and Physical Education and revisited the rules and expectations for working safely in the gym. Students practised how to freeze on the whistle, identified out-of-bounds areas, and discussed procedures to follow in the event of an emergency in the gym. Our students showcased their knowledge and skills of taking turns, sharing, and being kind to one another. Focusing on fundamental motor skills such as, running, jumping, throwing and catching.
