Term 2 Assessments

Term 2 will be a busy time for all Middle School students in terms of assessments. Please use the time during the holidays to consult your Assessment Schedule and preparing a study plan. Ensuring you have adequate preparation time before each task is the key to maximising your academic results.

Grandparents Day 

Our annual Grandparent’s Day event will be held on Tuesday May 26 from 9:30am until 11:30am. The day is opportunity for our Year 7 students to show their grandparents our school. Our guests will enjoy musical performance from our school ensembles, with a focus on Year 7 performers. Morning tea will also be provided with assistance from the p & c. All Year 7 students will receive an invitation early next term to forward on to their grandparents. The invitation will also include a link to RSVP for the event.

Academic Reports and Parents Teacher Interview 

All Middle School students will receive their formal academic reports at the end of next term. Reports will be emailed home and uploaded to the student portal on the following dates:

Year 8: Wednesday, 17 June

Year 9: Wednesday, 24 June

Year 7: Wednesday, 1 July

Parent teacher interviews will also be held for Year 8 and Year 9. Parent teacher interviews for Year 7 already took place this term. The dates are:

Year 8, Tuesday, 23 June. 4:00pm-6:30pm

Year 9, Tuesday, 30 June.4:00pm-6:30pm

Year 8 and Year 9 parents will be emailed booking information for their parent teacher evening two weeks prior.
