Alumni News

This semester has been a busy one for our Alumni program! At the end of term 3 we were so lucky to have Alumni Mark Wilson Class of 1986 return to school to speak to our year 11 and 12 art students about his career as well as host a workshop. It was such an engaging session, and we all loved hearing about Mark’s fascinating career in the arts. Alumni Keirain Gearney, Class of 2010 also came back to speak to our staff about the impact they had on his life and school journey. 

Maria Merhi, Class of 2023 came back to speak at our Valedictory Dinner, and it was so inspiring to hear her journey. 

We are looking forward to welcoming Alumni Beaulah Vergara Class of 2020 back to speak at our awards presentation in December. 

We have also been so incredibly lucky to continue to have Alumni students as part of our school Tutor program, helping students with their learning this year Our Alumni tutor program has grown and these tutors are available for your students so make the most of this opportunity! 

Finally, on November 20th we will be hosting an Alumni and Community Partner Panel for our graduating STEM students- it’s going to be a stellar evening and everyone is invited so please join us, see what our STEM students have been working on and meet and hear from some incredible Alumni working in the STEM area. The event starts at 4:30 in the Auditorium, on Thursday November 20th- light refreshments provided!
