Mr Knowles and I will continue to be available throughout Term 4 to provide support and appointments. We will also continue reviewing students' preferences in the background. If we believe you may benefit from reviewing your preferences, we will send you a Teams message or ask you to come and see us.

Ultimately, your preferences are your choice. Our role is simply to ensure that you are aware of all the options available to you so that you can make informed decisions about your future.

Congratulations VM Students!

Congratulations to all of our VM students on completing your formal classes this week. Reaching this milestone is a significant achievement and marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

As you prepare to leave school, you may be heading in many different directions. Some of you will move straight into employment, apprenticeships or traineeships, while others may continue your education through TAFE, further training or other pathways. Whatever your next step looks like, remember that there is no single "right" pathway. Success comes from finding the option that aligns with your goals, interests and strengths.

Throughout your VM journey, you have developed valuable skills that employers and training providers look for, including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, initiative and workplace readiness. These skills will support you wherever your future takes you.

While your formal classes have now concluded, it is important to remember that for many students, VET studies will continue throughout Term 4. We encourage you to remain committed to your training, as these qualifications and industry experiences are an important part of your pathway and future career opportunities.

If you are still unsure about your next step, we encourage you to use Term 4 as an opportunity to take advantage of the support and resources still available to you at school. Mr Knowles and Ms Notman remain available to help you explore pathway options, review applications, discuss courses, employment opportunities and apprenticeships, and provide guidance as you make decisions about your future. You don't have to have everything figured out right now, and seeking advice is a positive step towards making informed choices.

Be open to opportunities, keep asking questions and have confidence in the abilities you have developed. The most important thing is to keep moving forward and remain willing to learn and grow.

We are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and the resilience, determination and commitment you have shown along the way. We wish you all the very best as you take the next step towards your future.

Congratulations, Class of 2026 VM students. Your journey is just beginning, and we can't wait to see where it takes you.
