SPORTS PRESENTATION EVENING

On Wednesday 18th September, Brighton Secondary College held its first inaugural Sports Presentation Evening.

The evening started with some light refreshments, chats with staff and students, a flashback video of sport this year and our guest speaker St Kilda AFLW Beth Pinchin.

Beth spoke to our students and families about her journey to becoming an AFL Womens player, the hardships and challenges she has and still is overcoming in relation to injuries sustained in playing AFLW as well as advocating and empowering women to never give up on their dreams.

It was an incredibly successful night and could not have been possible without those who work hard behind the scenes but most importantly our students who demonstrate nothing but grit and determination in all their sporting adventures.
