Year 7 Science

As part of their studies of the Earth, Moon and Sun unit, students have been busy creating different models to consolidate what they have learnt in class. 

They used chalk to make a walkable scale model of the sizes of planets in the solar system. It was a shame the rain washed these away! The students then used Oreo cookies to recreate the eight phases of the moon. 

These too didn’t last long, as the students proceeded to eat their models!
