Connect Crew

We are excited to welcome everyone back to Connect for Term 2! 

This term is shaping up to be a big one, with several exciting projects planned and a strong focus on student voice, giving students the opportunity to help shape and plan their learning experiences. We are also looking forward to strengthening our connection with the wider community. One of our groups will be working on refurbishing old furniture to donate to a local kindergarten, creating a community library, an initiative that promotes both sustainability and giving back.

We would also like to take a moment to recognise one of our new Connect students, Ryder Vozzo. Ryder plays for the Wantirna South Football Club and recently took part in their ANZAC Day match. Not only did Ryder receive the Subway Player Award on the day, but he was also honoured with the ANZAC Day Medal. This medal is awarded to the player who best demonstrates the ANZAC spirit, skill, courage, self-sacrifice, teamwork, and fair play.

Congratulations, Ryder. We look forward to seeing these outstanding qualities continue to shine in Connect this term.
