Families are invited to attend our annual Showcase Series in Week 5. Full details can be found on the relevant Showcase Event on Compass and $5t tickets are now available to purchase via Trybooking Here.
All of our ensembles and dance students are featured across five exciting and varied concerts. We'd love to see family and friends supporting not only their own students but also all of our hard working students.
This year's staff concert promised to be a lively night of music, entertainment and surprises - and it didn't disappoint! Audiences were delighted by, not only the breadth of skill and talent across our Staff cohort but also by the high quality of the performances.
Congratulations to the following staff for their stellar performances:

Chayla Ueckert-Smith - Pan, 6 Metamorphoses after Ovid, Oboe

Lachlan Barratt - 'So In Love' composed and sung by Mr Barratt, Guitar & Voice

Hayley Myers - Every Breath You Take, Voice

Special Guest - Nicholetta Rigano, The Typewriter

Llewellyn Osborne - Megalonmaniacal, composed by Ms Osborne, Violin

Maddie Weybury - Fever Dream, Bass Guitar & Voice
Every performance was a stand-out and highlights included Mr Barratt's original composition, Mr Wills' performance as The King (Elvis, not Charles), and Priesty's dramatic death by consumption as Violetta in La Traviata. The biggest surprise of the evening drawing gasps and laughter in equal measure, was Nicholetta performing Leroy Anderson's The Typewriter (flawlessly and without spelling errors, she would surely say).
Audiences were impressed by the stamina and talents of our College accompanists. Mr Andrew and Mr Skovron and we thank them for their commitment to our performers.
The MC job is a challenging one at events such as these and we'd like to thank our Principal, Carrie Wallis for doing an outstanding job once again.
We'd also like to thank Mr Lewis and the tech team for the lighting, sound, and set up so that our performers looked and sounded their best.
Lastly, thank you to everyone who attended this fundraising event. Together, we raised $1000 towards the Instrumental Music program.
Our Mother’s Day Raffle fundraiser raises money for our amazing Performing Arts program.
