Year 6 Leading the Way

Year 6 Update
Our Year 6 students have made a fantastic start to the term, diving straight into their learning with enthusiasm. In Mathematics, we have begun our fractions unit, focusing on building strong foundational skills and applying these to problem-solving situations. Students are developing their confidence in working with fractions through a range of engaging and practical activities.
In Religious Education, students have started their journey towards Confirmation, exploring the meaning and significance of this important sacrament.
In Literacy, we have begun looking at information reports, with a focus on understanding structure, identifying key features, and developing research skills. It has been a positive and productive start, and we look forward to seeing the students continue to grow throughout the term.
