Welcome to our new look Newsletter

We are excited to introduce a refreshed look for our school newsletter, designed with both clarity and connection in mind. While the appearance may be new, our commitment to partnering closely with families remains at the heart of all we do. This updated format has been thoughtfully developed to improve readability and accessibility across a range of devices, making it easier for you to stay informed, engaged and connected with school life at St Peter's. So whether you access the School Newsletter on your phone, tablet or computer we hope you enjoy the new features. We look forward to continuing to share the rich experiences of our community in a way that is both meaningful and easy to navigate.

Junior School Playground Update

We are pleased to share an update on the Year 1/2 playground project, which continues to build momentum. Our students have been actively involved in the process, submitting a range of creative and thoughtful design ideas that reflect their hopes for an engaging and inclusive play space. In response, several companies have now provided detailed design proposals, each bringing these ideas to life in different ways. 

We have now reached an important stage of the process, where we will share the designs and seek feedback on the proposed design options. Over the coming weeks, we will be providing opportunity for parent voice at the P&F Meeting, we will also present the proposals to the School Advisory Council and to St Peter's staff, and most importantly hold student consultation sessions to gather their insights and perspectives. This collaborative approach will help ensure the final design reflects the needs of our whole community.

2027 Enrolments (and beyond)

As we begin planning for the 2027 school year, we encourage families to ensure that any younger siblings who will be starting Prep next year are enroled as soon as possible. For families with younger children who will begin school from 2028, enrolments are already open and can be accessed via the link on our website. 

We also invite you to share this information with friends, neighbours or extended family who may be considering St Peter’s for the education of their children. Our Prep 2027 places are filling quickly, and we recommend booking a school tour to experience all that our community has to offer.
