Contemporary Art

Students in Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts classes, along with students in Year 8 Xhibit classes, recently explored the Museum of Contemporary Art and ARTEXPRESS 2025 at the Art Gallery of NSW. 

These visits provided an invaluable opportunity to engage with contemporary art, offering inspiration and insight into diverse artistic styles and techniques.

Experiencing exhibitions, such as ARTEXPRESS, enriches students' artistic journeys, deepening their understanding of the art world while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and personal expression. 

Such excursions play a vital role in shaping and fostering their growth as artists and critical thinkers.
