Senior Tutors supporting our HSC students

To support our senior students in their HSC journey, our school has introduced a team of 11 Senior Tutors who are recent high-achieving HSC graduates with tutoring experience. Their firsthand knowledge of the curriculum, study techniques, and exam preparation makes them a valuable addition to our staff.

Selected through a process of assessing their HSC results, resume, and tutoring experience, these tutors have seamlessly integrated into study periods and classrooms, providing individual and group support. Beyond academics, they mentor students on study habits, time management, and university life, helping them stay positive and motivated.

We have two tutors available daily, rotating to cover various subjects. This initiative also includes Special Education students, with Dominique Katsinas supporting staff and students every Thursday as she pursues a Teaching Degree in Special Education.

This initiative has already made a positive impact, with students benefiting from the additional guidance and mentorship provided by these dedicated tutors. 

We look forward to seeing continued success as our HSC students make the most of this invaluable resource.
