Dear Norwood Community,
As Winter is approaching, I am hoping the “crafters” out there may have the chance to create and donate their efforts – even 1 item will make a huge difference for a person/family in need.
We will once again be donating all creations to KOGO – Knit One Give One.
If you want to start with a small project KOGO is very happy to accept knitted or crocheted squares – (20cm x 20cm).
Much needed items for 2026:
Scarves
Beanies
Socks
Gloves (including fingerless)
Adult blankets (approx. 1.6m x 1.2m)
Knitted squares that can be assembled by volunteers to make blankets (20cm x 20cm) – every square helps!
Children’s jumpers and cardigans
Knitted toys
Cot blankets (1m x 1.2m, SIDS guidelines)
Baby cardigans (not jumpers)
Baby beanies
Baby booties
Please join us and Knit/Crochet for a wonderful cause. For inspiration and free patterns, you can visit KOGO's webiste.
All donations can be dropped off at the Front Office.
Thank you for your support.
