Year 7 Pancake Breakfast

We were delighted to celebrate the successful completion of Term 1 with our Year 7 students, their families and their primary school teachers and principals at our annual Pancake Breakfast. It was a fantastic opportunity to come together, connect and reflect on an exciting first term of secondary school.

Thank you to all the families who joined us, whether for pancakes, a coffee from the van on the Oval, or simply to share in the atmosphere. Your involvement and support make events like this so special for our students.

Our Year 7 cohort have had an amazing transition into life at Norwood, embracing everything from Orientation Day at the end of last year, transition activities on the first two days, a huge three days at Camp ADANAC, new friends and new subjects, interschool sports, and a whole lot more! The Year 7 team and everyone working with our newest cohort are incredibly proud of their resilience through this big change.

As we move into Term 2 we will continue to establish the routines of high school through classes and our Mentoring program, and we encourage our Year 7 cohort to continue taking up opportunities offered through life at Norwood!
