Group 8

Group 8 has been working really hard this term. We have been excelling in our rotation sessions, with two different rotation stations, independent work and teacher station throughout the day. The students are doing a great job of checking their schedule and following their routine. 

Group 8 have also been learning to make different foods, such as a cheese sandwich, chocolate mousse and popcorn. These cooking sessions include using skills such as turn taking, following visual and verbal prompts and fine/gross motor skills. The students have had fun experimenting with different flavours and textures. 

We have also been working on number recognition in term 1 with a number of the week, where we focus on how much that number represents and tracing the number! I am so incredibly proud of every single student and all their dedication and persistence in pursuit of their learning!
