Group 22

Group 22 have had a fantastic start to the academic year and should all be very proud of themselves. This term we have focused on developing important life skills such as doing laundry tasks, cooking and building independence within our school community. The student cohort have shown great enthusiasm while learning these practical skills and becoming more confident each week.

Some highlights of this term have included our swimming sessions on a Monday, spending time in the garden and our visits to see the chickens laying their eggs and Patrick the rabbit, which everyone enjoys! These experiences have been wonderful opportunities for students to learn, explore and connect with their environment. Time with our much loved and appreciated specialist in Art, Music and Physical Education, have also been extremely enjoyable for us all!

Ta, Connie & I are so proud of the effort, positivity and progress shown by each student in our class. I look forward to being a part and witnessing more growth, learning and independence as the year continues.
