Group 4

We have had a wonderful time getting to know each student and their families this term. Here are some highlights from the first term of the year.

Everyone has settled in so well into the school routine. It is so exciting to see them come to school smiling and confident. In the classroom, they are developing their independence by following visual and object schedules, building relationships with staff and peers, and enjoying mealtimes together. 

As the students become more comfortable, they demonstrate increased confidence in communication as well. This includes requesting for help, making choices and expressing their interests. As we explore the theme of “what are my interests?” in Term 1, Group 4 has engaged in activities such as making playdough, crafts, sensory play, book reading and music.

Group 4 has built a beautiful small community, and we can’t wait to journey with everyone as they continuing learning. Enjoy the holidays and we will see you in Term 2 😊.
