Resource Smart

Our school has recently signed on to the Victorian Government Resource Smart Schools program, which supports schools to reduce energy, cut waste, save on bills, incorporate sustainability into the curriculum and inspire the next generation of sustainability leaders. 

Over the next few years we will be working through all the steps of the program to gain a 5 star sustainable school rating. 

We are calling on the support of all our families and staff to assist us in getting our 5 star rating. 

For the rest of the year our focus will be on: 

• Encouraging families to send 'nude food lunch boxes' as much as possible to reduce our landfill rubbish. 
• Reducing our power bills by dressing appropriately for the weather. Listen out for our leaders giving weather reports at the end of each day. 

Lost Property 

Our Lost Property is quickly piling up again. If you have lost any items, please check our lost property located at the end of the administration corridor closest to our Prep classrooms.

Compass Mobile User Guide

Please use the link below if you are using compass as the app on your mobile device. You will see on Page 8 - 10 there are instructions on how to add an absence note if your child is away from school.  

We are encouraging all families to use compass to promptly enter your child's absence should they be absent from school.   

To 'tidy up' any unexplained absences for your child please see the below image. If you click on the attendance notification on your home page this will take you to the attendance page showing 'unexplained' absences. In this section you will be able to highlight all absences and explain with an attendance note.
