Entertainment Promotion

Entertainment is running a promotion from Tuesday 13 May to  Saturday 31 May (5pm AEST). Use this opportunity to support fundraising for our College clubs!

 

Supporters will receive an eGift Card depending on their membership selection.

  1.  Multi City Membership = $40 Prepaid Activ Visa eGift Card 
  2.  Single City Membership =  $20 Prepaid Activ Visa eGift Card 

The eGift Card will be emailed within 30 days of purchase. 


Communications via the College App

The College App is the main communications tool used by the College for all group communications relevant to either the Whole School, Junior School or Senior School, Year Levels, Home Groups, Music, Sport or Activities and Clubs.

 

To avoid missing out on important notifications, it is essential that parents have:

  1. Installed the College App on their device; 
  2. Checked that they are logged in; 
  3. Set up all relevant subscriptions for their children; and
  4. Turned on notifications. 

Please note, if you notice that notifications have stopped, please check that you are still logged in.

If you need assistance with setting up your subscriptions or for any other questions, we are available to help you. Please contact the Administration Office on 9727 9900 between 8.30am and 4.00pm.

Enrolments

2026

We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible if you wish your child to be considered for a place.

 

2027

We are now accepting enrolments for 2027 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren).

 

Notice to Withdraw

Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.

 

It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.

 

Non-Resident Visa Holders and New Australian Citizens

For school reporting requirements, please inform the Director of Admissions (clewis@oxley.vic.edu.au) if there have been any changes to you or your child’s residency Visa for Australia. For example:

  1. You or your child have recently become Australian Citizens;
  2. You or your child have been granted a new Visa; or
  3. Your current Visas have expired and you are now on Bridging Visas. 

The College will require evidence of the change in Visa status for the student and at least one parent, e.g. Australian Citizenship Certificate, Australian Passport, or a copy of your new Visa(s).

Lost Property

An assortment of unnamed items will be on display in the corridor outside Student Reception in the Administration Building from Monday 30 June until the last day of Term 2, Friday 4 July. Parents are encouraged to come and check for any lost items.  

  

We also have a variety of valuable items, including keys, jewellery, spectacles, small digital devices and Myki cards. If you have lost an item over the last few years, we may have it! Please come to Student Reception, with a detailed description of the item, so we can reunite you with it. 

  

A reminder, to ensure lost items are returned to your child, please name all pieces of uniform and other personal items.
