Helping Nibbling Nick Make Healthy Food Choices

This week, the 3 year old children in the Rainbow Lorikeet Group met Nibbling Nick, a character who loves to snack but can’t tell the difference between healthy and unhealthy types of food. 

To help him out, the children sorted foods into healthy and unhealthy categories. This fun activity encouraged discussions about healthy eating, wellbeing, and the importance of staying active.
