A Storytelling journey

Last term, our Year 6 students proudly invited families to explore their imaginative dystopian and utopian dioramas.

These stunning creations were inspired by each student’s own Hero’s Journey narrative, where their hero begins in a "normal world" before crossing into a drastically different realm.

As part of this storytelling journey, students developed prologues to accompany their tales, which were displayed alongside their dioramas.

Many students went above and beyond by crafting soundscapes that brought their dystopian worlds to life, while others designed detailed maps, character profiles, and additional artefacts to enrich their presentations. It was a fantastic celebration of creativity, storytelling, and critical thinking.
