Grade 4 students have been working hard across all learning areas. In Writing, we have completed and published our persuasive writing pieces, and the final products look absolutely amazing! We are now moving into transactional writing and are excited to create letters to school leadership advocating for changes within our school. In Numeracy, students have been developing their measurement skills by using rulers to measure accurately in centimetres and millimetres, which will support our upcoming learning about length, perimeter, and area. In Reading, we have been exploring the features of non-fiction texts to make inferences about what they will teach us, using texts about rules and laws in Australia to connect with our Inquiry unit, How Can Decisions Be Made Fairly?
