Welcome back to Term 2 from the Parents & Friends Club! We are excited for another fantastic term of community events, fundraising and opportunities to bring our school families together. Thank you to everyone who continues to support the PFC through volunteering, attending events and sharing ideas.
Mother’s Day Treat & Raffle – Thank You!
Our annual Mother’s Day Treat & Raffle was held on Friday 1 May and was a wonderful way to celebrate the amazing mums, grandmothers and special carers in our school community.
Families enjoyed a delicious catered morning tea thanks to local favourites Stocksville and Poacher & Hound, while our raffle prizes created plenty of excitement.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended, purchased raffle tickets and helped make the morning such a success.
A special thank you to our volunteers: Liyen, Laurissa, Pia, Davin, Daniela, Paula and Alison.
And a big thank you to Kristi Lloyd who used her amazing photography skills to help the mums and their children feel special this morning. We appreciate her extra time and effort in the photo session and the organisation of it all after too.
Mother’s Day Stall
Students had the opportunity to purchase a special gift for Mum or another important person in their life at our annual Mother’s Day Stall on Friday 8 May.
A range of affordable gifts were available for students to choose from.
Thank you to our volunteers for making this event possible as well: Liyen, Laurissa, Pia, Borris, Daniela, Paula, Anthony G, Alison, Davin, Kim, Mark, Borris, Harry, Ben, Genevieve, Daniel, Carly, Adam, Sam and Vincent.

We are thrilled to announce our End of Term 2 Family Event has been confirmed!
🛼 Roller One Exclusive EHPS Family Night 🛼
📅 Friday 26 June 2026
🕓 4:00pm to 7:00pm
📍 Roller One, Burwood One Shopping Centre, 172–210 Burwood Highway, Burwood East
The venue will be operating exclusively for EHPS families, making this a very special private event for our school community.
School finishes at 2:30pm that day, so it will be the perfect way to celebrate the end of term with family and friends.

Secondhand Uniform & Lost Property
Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered and supported our Term 1 Secondhand Uniform Sale.
We received wonderful feedback from families, particularly about the availability of larger sizes and the quality of donated items.
Due to the strong level of stock currently available, we are pleased to announce an additional sale this term:
📅 Friday 22 May from 3pm to 3:45pm at the Stadium
We are also continuing to accept donations on the scheduled days and will share further details about future donation drop-off opportunities soon. Currently the other scheduled dates this term are:
- Donation Day: Friday 12 June from 3:00pm to 3:45pm
- Uniform Stall & Donation Day: Friday 19 June from 3:00pm to 3:45pm
The Secondhand Uniform Shop is a great way to support sustainability while helping families access affordable uniform items.
Thank you to the Sustainability Captains for helping to return the named items from the lost property bins this week.

The Parents & Friends Club is open to all families in our school community, and we would love to welcome more people involved.
You do not need to hold an official position to be part of the PFC. You can:
- Join the general committee
- Come along to meetings when you can
- Help at one event or several events
- Share ideas and feedback
- Support in ways that suit your time and availability
Many hands make light work, and we want our community to feel excited about being part of creating fun events and opportunities for our school.
PFC membership is free; annual registration required. Collect a membership registration form from the School Office.
