Indonesian Speech Competition
This week, our school is excited to host our first ever Essex Heights Indonesian Speaking Competition, with audition rounds taking place for students from Year 1 to Year 6. We are thrilled to see such strong enthusiasm, with approximately 80 students across the school signing up to showcase their Indonesian language skills.
Following the auditions, five successful students from each level will progress to the final round next week. From there, the top three winners will receive awards and have the opportunity to represent the school in larger competitions.
We are also grateful to have our Principal, Mr Perini, join the judging panel alongside Ms Lanyon (Year 5) and Ms Lim (Year 2), supporting and celebrating our students’ efforts. We wish all participants the best of luck and commend them for their courage and dedication in embracing Indonesian language learning.
