Wellbeing Week

This week we celebrated Wellbeing Week at Oxley Christian College with a great range of events across the Junior and Senior Schools. Highlights included live music by Melbourne rapper K-WAK, downball and soccer shoot-out competitions in the Junior and Senior Schools, a Prep dance off, R U OK? Day and Wellbeing Chapel.

Thank you to the many students and staff who were involved in the events and particularly to the Wellbeing Ambassadors Sharntai Niemann (11.14) and Max Broadley-Thomson (11.13). Mr Mark Goode coordinated a preach off with the assistance of his Christian Studies Captains Wil Armstrong (11.13) and Lucy Destry (10. 3) and this was a very popular event with great student participation.

The Senior School foyer played host to a wellbeing wall where students could record messages of gratitude. We trust it was an enjoyable and valuable week for all those who participated and that it was a great reminder that we can make a good difference when we look out for each other.
