Welcome to our new Language Centre students

This term we have 10 new students in our Language Centre, ready to learn more about Australia and develop their English skills. Apart from English, they are also studying Maths, Health and PE, Science, Foods and Media, and will be joining mainstream classes in Commencement for the 2026 school year.

These courageous students are learning in a very different environment to what they have experienced before. Coming from Vietnam, China and Iran, the students are not only learning English, but also learning about Australia, a very different school system, and different tasks and styles of teaching and learning.
