ARTS FESTIVAL 2026

The 2026 Arts Festival Opening on the 7th September was spectacular! Jimbo's Photobooth opened the event in C7, bursting at the seams with students hurrying in to get their signature photoshoot.

In the meantime the Art room C3 buzzed with Henna designs performed by master designers Vaishnavi and Ally, assistant designer Kayla. Ms Mc Allistar's music group stole the SLC with piano and saxophone performances. 

Ms Yuan controlled crowds in C3 with Badge Making. Ms Skarvellis entertained the Chalk Art designs outside in the school yard, while in C7 the hits were playing with guest DJ Fedora and colourful lightshow to compliment. Chanel, Kirby and Sylvia tore up the dance floor with their innovative moves and grooves. 

Ms Read and the Hospitality team fed students at the shelter with scrumptious food. Lego towers and structures emerged in the SLC Flexihub. Evan and Dominic in Year 8 were in competition of who build the tallest tower. 

Ms Liu ran the Chinese Craft Workshop. Crazy face paint and make up, Stilt Walkers Australia and the VM sausage sizzle with Ms Yuan filled the lunch hour on Thursday. To close the week the magic continued with the VCE 'colour war' on the Westall oval. 

Thank you to all the amazing students who took part in the 2026 Arts Festival. Creating, performing ,exploring and celebrating was key. The Arts is about joining in, having fun and making long lasting memories!! See you again next year.
