I love this time of the year in the garden when changes happen rapidly.  The apples had their first blossom at the start of the week and everything is growing quickly.  Last week, the Year 6 students harvested parsley, cabbage, spring onions and peas from the garden to make the recipes found below.  If you’re looking for ways to reduce waste (if you’ve got left over vegetables and meat), I would highly recommend making Bubble and Squeak.  It’s always a favourite at our house for dinner or breakfast.
