For example, they have been working with statements like, “There are 12 counters to share into 3 groups,” and then figuring out how many counters are in each group.
Wellbeing
This term in Wellbeing, students will be exploring a range of emotions and learning how to identify and express them in their interactions with others. They will also develop a deeper appreciation of differences among their peers and understand the importance of embracing challenges as a key part of their personal growth and development.
Reminders
Art Show Parent Helpers
We are very excited for our upcoming Art Show on Wednesday, 22nd October! It will be a wonderful celebration of the children's creativity and hard work.
As part of the event, the Prep Team will be running a Lolly Stall and Bake Sale Stall, and we would love your help! We're asking for parent volunteers to assist for a 30-minute slot during the Art Show. Your role will be to help sell the lollies and bake sale items to families and visitors throughout the evening. If you're able to lend a hand, please sign up for a time on the table located in the corridor of the main Prep building. Parent helpers are required to have a Working With Children Check.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support and enthusiasm -- we couldn't do it without you!
Satchels
Please review and practice the additional Heart Words located at the back of your child's Boomerang Book.

Toileting Before School

Congratulations to all the students who received their Dojo Rewards!
Your positive behaviour, consistent effort, and dedication to our classroom values have truly stood out. It’s wonderful to see so many students being recognised for their hard work and respectful choices. Keep up the great work, your efforts are making a real difference in our learning community!
Footy Day Fun!
The children had a fantastic time celebrating Footy Day on the last day of term. Dressed proudly in their team colours, they enjoyed a delicious lunch of sausage rolls and plenty of team spirit. A highlight of the day was the colourful parade, where students confidently marched while showcasing their team pride.
Buddies
This term in Buddies, the children were excited to reunite with their buddies and take part in a variety of engaging activities around the school. They participated in a Scavenger Hunt, Outdoor Art, Sports Rotations, and Construction.
