Grade 5 Day

Registrations are now open for your child to attend our G5 - Grade 5 Day on 31st July.

IMPORTANT:  If there is a medical plan active, please bring along medical supplies such as asthma ventolin or anaphylactic EpiPens and medicines.

Please complete a medical consent by 11th July  MEDICAL CONSENT DIGITAL 

What to wear: primary sports uniform and warm jacket. What to bring: recess snack, lunch, drink bottle (filled with water) and a pencil case. Canteen time is limited and will only be offered if time permits.

Bus travellers:  Students who wish to book bus travel need to contact Michelle Ferey at Monivae College mferey@monivae.vic.edu.au 5551 1203 or Neale Guthrie 0419 518 280 for the Casterton bus.  No late bookings for bus travel can be accepted after 11 July. Students will be met at the at the Monivae Bus Interchange and escorted to The Chevalier Centre.

Students travelling by car, bike or walking:  Students should arrive from 8.30am and be collected at 3:20pm at The Chevalier Centre. Drive in the Ballarat Road gate and continue left past the oval, following the road around to The Chevalier Centre car park.  If students are walking please ensure they use designated footpaths using the yellow/white striped zebra crossings to safely cross the road.

Please drive carefully and remember that the roads and parking areas are quite congested during drop off and pick up times.
