What a season!
Nearly 100 students from across Years 7 to 12 were involved in this year's production of Legally Blonde the Musical, and it turned out to be the first completely sold out season in BSC history, with three full houses across three shows. Thank you to everyone that came out to watch and support the show, and our fabulous students.

On stage, backstage and the orchestra down in the pit playing the show live - students collaborating to make the show as good as it could be - was a highlight of the entire process. Seeing students of different year levels working side by side for months, learning from and helping each other is one of the best things about doing a musical at this scale. Many of these students would not have crossed paths otherwise, so to see them establish friendships and work together to be the best they can be is very rewarding - for everybody!

The Production Team worked very hard to pull it all together, but thankfully we did not have to do it alone. We extend a huge thanks to the BSC Parents Association for their support, to the many community volunteers who gave up their evenings and weekends, and to our past production alumni who came back to help out during show week. This support makes an enormous difference, and illustrates the important role that Production plays within the school and wider community.
The feedback from staff, students and families has been fantastic. People have been stopping us in the corridor and in the car park to talk about it - which is always a sign of a great show. But most importantly, the members of the Legally Blonde company did a phenomenal job and had a great time doing it!
This company took on something really ambitious and they nailed it; they can all be very proud of themselves.
