Year 9 Day and Year 10 Day celebrations

A reminder to all families of our upcoming events for both Year 9 and 10  students which has been shared on numerous occasions.

These celebration days have required extensive planning and consideration to acknowledge and celebrate the end of the year for our Middle School students. 

Each of these days are compulsory events for our students where we would appreciate the support of our families in enforcing this. Payment for both events can be made online via Compass. 

End of term wrap up

As we approach the end of another busy term, I would like to take a moment to celebrate some of the highlights and opportunities our Year 9 and 10 students have experienced

• Subject Selection & Course Counselling - Students explored future pathways and made informed decisions about their subjects and studies for 2027.
• Incursions & Learning Experiences - A range of engaging programs and guest speakers supported learning beyond the classroom.
• Extra curricular activities - Students participated and represented the College at interschool sport, and Outdoor Education camps and excursions and other opportunities to develop teamwork, resilience and school spirit.
• Significant Events - Our students have embraced a range of year-level activities and experiences that have contributed to a positive and connected Middle School community.

As we move towards the end of the year, please continue to reinforce the following expectations with your child:

• Attendance: Students are expected to attend all parts of the school day, including Form Group, every timetabled class and scheduled activities. Being at school does not mean attendance is complete if students are regularly late to or absent from classes.
• Community Service: Students must attend Community Service at the time and location outlined on Compass. Failure to attend may result in further consequences.
• Bathrooms: Students must use the appropriate bathroom facilities respectfully.
• Students are not permitted to share toilet cubicles, congregate in bathrooms or use them as social spaces.
