Dear Families and Carers,
Welcome to our Term 3 update for Year 11 and 12. It has been a very busy time for our students as we finalise the results from Units One and Three and begin the home stretch for our Year 12 students, who are completing the last pieces of work for Unit Four before heading into the end-of-year exams.
SENIOR FORMAL 12 August 2025
Forget red carpets — the Senior Formal was our very own Logies or Brownlow Medal night. With tickets clutched in hand and hair appointments booked weeks in advance, students arrived in true star style. Some cruised in stretch limousines and towering Hummers visible from streets away; others were chauffeured by parents brimming with pride.
The venue transformed into a runway of sharp suits, sparkling gowns, sky-high heels, and an electric pre-party buzz that you could feel in the air. Then the music hit — a student-curated playlist that jumped from Zorba to Dancing Queen to Last Friday Night, all with zero chill and maximum volume.
Teachers and students filled the dance floor together, camera flashes lit up the room, and laughter rang out over the thump of the bass. Platters of food vanished almost as quickly as the night itself.
All too soon, the evening came to an end — but the smiles and stories carried away by our students proved one thing: this was a night they will never forget.

Looking Ahead
We are excited to begin planning our Valedictory dinner in Term 4. This will be held at Alecia, in Dandenong, on Tuesday, 16 December. More information will be available towards the end of Term 3.
The Year 12 celebration day is also being finalised. This year, we will be venturing to Gumbuya World on October 21.
Year 12 jackets for the class of 2026 are in the final stages of being approved. A link will be shared soon with families, carers and students for purchasing to begin.
