Lone Gum Concert

The Lone Gum Concert was a fantastic evening filled with music, energy, and a strong sense of community. With beautiful weather setting the scene, families, staff, and students came together to celebrate the achievements of our music program.
A range of ensembles performed throughout the night, showcasing the depth of talent across all year levels. From developing musicians to more experienced performers, each group brought enthusiasm, confidence, and a high level of musicianship to the stage. We even got a first peek of the 2026 school production “Chicago”!
A standout feature of the evening was the Year 7 Band. For many of these students, this was their very first concert, and they performed exceptionally well. As this concert is designed to highlight our newest musicians, it was fantastic to see them rise to the occasion with such confidence and energy. They should be incredibly proud of their efforts.
Our senior students were also an important part of the night, demonstrating strong leadership and setting a great example through their performances. Their experience and commitment continue to play a vital role in shaping the music program.
Overall, the Lone Gum Concert was a wonderful success and a great celebration of music at our school. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making it such a memorable night, with particular gratitude extended to our incredible Music Parents Committee.
