Biodiversity Audit

This week, Thornbury High School completed its first biodiversity audit, as part of our commitment to the Resource Smart School (RSS) program. 9H were joined by Bella, our RSS facilitator from CERES environment park, and given the important job of recording Thornbury High School's current biodiversity status. We made our way through the school grounds, counting plant and animal numbers and calculated a final habit and quality assessment score of 75. This helps us on our way to achieving our first Resource Smart School certification.
