Year 5/6 News

On Sunday, Year 5/6 students celebrated the Buddy Mass with our Foundation students and their families. This special Mass marked the conclusion of the Foundation transition program and formally introduced our Buddy Program, where senior students support and guide our youngest learners, helping them feel welcomed and connected within our school community.

Well done to all our Grade 5 students for completing their NAPLAN tests this week. They approached the assessments with focus and resilience, and we are very proud of their efforts.

Congratulations also to all of our 5/6 students for a fantastic final round of interschool sport. Thank you for representing our school with enthusiasm, teamwork and great sportsmanship.

The 5/6 students also attended the St John’s First Aid incursion, where they learned important skills to help keep themselves and others safe.

Just a reminder that Home Learning will be over two weeks again and is due next Friday 27th March.  The answer sheet is attached please take some time to go through and correct the work with your child.
