Middle School Scones

Year 8 and year 9 students were invited to participate in a scone making session on Friday.  This allowed student connectedness across the middle school as well as a fun way to get out of the Winter weather.

Students had a fun time working in pairs to make their yummy scones, and feedback from the students included “connecting with another year level was fun and doing something different at lunchtime is great too.” Spending time with friends making scones is different,” and “would like to do more lunch club like cooking.” 

Stay tuned for more lunchtime fun in the kitchen - Year 7’s will be up next making milo balls…YUM!!!
