Victorian Aeroschool Championships

Congratulations to the following students who competed at the Victorian Aeroschool Championships with some pleasing results.

1st Place

Alessia McCaig and Ruby Conti (Level 5 Intermediate Pair)

4th Place

Imogen Mason, Kiara Primmer and Ana Karamaloudis ( Level 4 Intermediate Pair)

6th Place - Aerodance

Alessia McCaig, Imogen Mason, Kiara Primmer, Erica Mason and Clementine Maruff

All of the routines qualified for National Aeroschool Championships on the Gold Coast in September.

Alex Murphy (11 Jenkin)

Congratulations to Alex Murphy who travelled to Echuca on Thursday 8th August to represent Girton Grammar School at the North East Zone Victorian Clay Target Association School Students Shooting Championship. Alex, who has been actively shooting for three years, was successful in winning the overall championship.

Lachlan Archibald (12 Riley)

Congratulations to Lachlan who has had a wonderful experience playing Hockey for Victoria in the Australian Country Championships last week. The team played exceptionally well to take the Bronze medal.

As a result of Lachlan’s performance across the Championship, he has been selected to represent Australia as a member of the Australian Country Under 21 Team to compete internationally in Malaysia in January 2020.
