Year 12

The ‘100 Days to Go’ milestone was a day of celebration, reflection and anticipation as our Class of 2025 took a significant step forward in their educational journey. Exciting? Absolutely. Terrifying? Without a doubt. But most importantly, this day was a reminder that they are not walking this path alone.

Our Finding Your Brave school theme this year resonates with our Year 12 students as they stand at the crossroads of their future. Finding your brave means making the right choices for your own journey, even when the road ahead feels uncertain. It means embracing the challenges, stepping outside of comfort zones and forging a path that is uniquely yours. Yet, it also means recognising the importance of those walking beside you—friends, teachers, and family—who offer guidance, support, and encouragement along the way.

So, the final stretch is here. Now is the time to embrace the future with confidence, determination, and the knowledge that you have everything you need to succeed. This is a time you will never forget, and the best is yet to come.

Year 11

Early in Term Two there is an exciting event on the calendar — the Year 11 River Cruise, on Friday, 2 May. This special evening will be the perfect way to come together as a cohort, celebrate achievements so far and look ahead to the journey still to come.

For the first time, this cruise is exclusively for Year 11 students. With music, food and stunning views along the Swan River, it promises to be a highlight of the year.

Tickets are available now on https://www.trybooking.com/DAFSV by scanning the QR code on posters around the school. Don’t miss out on this incredible event—secure your spot and get ready to set sail for an evening of fun, friendship, and celebration!

We can’t wait to see you there!
