Ping Pong-A-Thon at MECS

Hello Students and Parents!

This year, the Year 10 students are excited to announce the 2026 MECS Ping Pong-A-Thon.

If you didn't know already, the Ping Pong-A-Thon is a fundraising & advocacy movement, combating human trafficking and exploitation of young people in Southeast Asia through a series of table tennis events held every year. This year we have decided to open our Ping Pong-A-Thon to the whole school right from Prep to Year 12!  

The 12-hour event, starting at 7am ending 7pm today, Thursday 27 August, in the MECS gym.

To participate, a form has been sent out to students via email and time slots chosen. 

Sessions include an induction, involving a video and sponsorship drive, as well as fun activities the Year 10s have prepared while you play! 

We've set up year level sponsorship pages, and there is a competition to see who raises the most!  

Donations are still open and can be made after today's event.
