JP Minibeasts Incursion 

Our Term 3 highlight was welcoming Liz from Labcoat Learning, to talk with us about Marvellous Minibeasts. The Junior Primary students got to meet Lisa, the spiny leaf insect and Claude the yabby, along with an array of butterflies, crickets, and preserved insect specimens.

Students had to be creation keepers as they carefully captured and studied crickets in specimen jars. They responded with awe at God's creativity as they studied butterfly wings under a microscope. 

Our classrooms became a hive of activity as worm farms and snail habitats took pride of place in our learning spaces.

The JPs are so thankful to our creator God, for the way he designed minibeasts so perfectly to help take care of His world.
