Year 12

Trial HSC Examinations

Now that Year 12 students are back at school from sitting Trial HSC Examinations it is crucial all Year 12 students are at school every day and in every lesson. Regardless of their results, the remainder of Term 3 is the time to reflect on feedback from their teachers and gain insight on how to improve for the upcoming HSC Examinations.

Year 11

Year 11 Yearly Examination

Year 11 students are currently participating in the Yearly Examination Block from Wednesday 10th September until Friday 26th September.

Mr Dean has emailed every Year 11 student their personalised timetable. All Year 11 boys are strongly encouraged to check the 2025 Year 11 Assessment Schedule Booklet and Assessment Summary that outlines the subjects that will have these Yearly Examinations.

During this examination block no regular timetabled classes will occur, Year 11 students are only to attend their scheduled examination AND sport on the Wednesday of each week.

Reminders for every examination:

Students must arrive at least 30 minutes before each scheduled examination begins
Students must be in full school uniform
Student ID cards are required for every examination and placed on the allocated table during the examination
NESA approved calculators only
Water bottles must be clear and see through
All equipment must be brought in a clear pencil case / clear bag
Black pens are to be used for writing
No mobile phones or smart watches are permitted. They MUST be turned off and stored in students bags or given to the invigilators

A message to all Year 11 students - Now is the time to begin revision if you have not already started!

Year 11 Semester Two Reports will be issued Term 4 Week 4 – Wednesday 7th November.

Year 10

This term, Year 10 will have some quiet periods without Assessment Task deadlines, making it the perfect opportunity to review and update all subject Cornell notes.
