Year 8 and 11

One of the key values at our school is Responsibility.

Being responsible at school means more than just completing homework or attending classes on time. It involves taking ownership of actions, respecting the rights of others, and making thoughtful decisions. Responsible students show respect for their teachers, peers, and the school environment, creating a culture where everyone can thrive.

When students embrace responsibility, they not only contribute to a positive and productive learning environment but also develop essential skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Moreover, responsibility fosters independence and self-discipline. When students manage their time effectively, meet deadlines, and prepare for assessments, they build confidence and resilience. These habits pave the way for academic achievement and prepare students for future challenges beyond the classroom.

At Epping Boys High School, we encourage all students to take responsibility for their learning and behaviour. By doing so, they contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive community where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
