The Picture of Dorian Gray

This term, Year 11 English students have been studying Oscar Wilde's novel The Picture of Dorian Gray.  And to further their understanding of the literary role of the painting in the text, students were given the opportunity to create their own image of this powerful motif from Victorian Literature. A special thank you to our lovely art teacher, Ms Karyn Linder, for the art supplies. The students thoroughly enjoyed, and benefitted from, using this mode for expressing their interpretation.
