MSA -Jin Woodman US Open Grand Slam Debut

Congratulations to Jin Woodman (Year 9) on making his Grand Slam debut at the US Open in New York.  At the age of just 15 years, Jin is currently Australia’s highest-ranked junior wheelchair tennis player at No. 4 in the world.   

Jin was thrilled to travel to the USA for the first time and showcase his talent on the world stage.  He made it to the Semi Finals, where he was defeated by No. 2 seed Ivar van Rijt.

This year, Jin won four ITF titles and won a silver medal as a member of the Australian team at the 2024 World Team Cup held in Turkey.
