MSA - USA Basketball Trip

The MSA Basketball Program travelled to the USA in July, to participate in a variety of training camps and competitions offering our athletes exposure to potential collegiate attention. 

The group consisted of 26 senior student-athletes who attended two widely recognised training camps - the boys participated in the West Coast Elite camp, considered one of the top camps in the US, and the girls participated in the Frohlich International Camp, operated by German basketballer and former WNBA player, Linda Frolich is highly respected internationally, having represented many European countries and the most successful player from the University of Nevada. 

Following the Camps, athletes played several matches in the West Coast Summer Classic tournament in Orange County - this event attracts some of the best players and coaches and it is well-known nationwide.  Our athletes enjoyed the experience and appreciated the opportunity to showcase their talents and play in front of coaches.

The group wrapped up the trip with sightseeing and cultural experiences that included visits to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier and the Outlets.
