Student Achievements
Congratulations to the following students:
Lucy McKenna (Year 12) and Grace Willis (Year 11), who are performing in the upcoming production of Midnight: The Cinderella Musical, presented by the Hobart Theatre Summer School program through the Old Nick Company, in partnership with The Playhouse Theatre.
Grace and Lucy will star in the role of Tiffany Bellington, performing on alternate nights. Joining them on stage is SMC alumna, Davina Cox (Class of 2024), cast as Ms Madrina. Rounding out the Ensemble are SMC students Zoe Argyropoulos (Year 10) and Maddison Fairfield (Year 9).

Charlotte Pritchard (Year 9), Sophie Hawson and Essie Pelham (Year 8), who have been selected in the Hockey Tasmania U16 State Squad. This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to their hard work, skill and dedication to the sport. We wish them every success as they represent our community at the state level. Chloe Taylor (Year 3), who has been awarded a High Distinction in her Royal Academy of Dance Grade Four Ballet Examination. Chloe has shown remarkable dedication and passion for the RAD syllabus, and she is already excited to continue her journey by learning the techniques and dances for Grade Five. Well done, Chloe. This is a wonderful step forward in your ballet studies!

Congratulations to the following students who were recognised with awards at the Senior School Art Exhibition.
The Art Exhibition provides a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our student artists and marks the culmination of their hard work throughout the year, showcased through their portfolios. It also offers students the chance to curate and present their creations to the wider community in a professional gallery space.

Art Acquisition
A special mention goes to Gracie Brain (Year 11), who received the prestigious Art Acquisition Award. This honour means her artwork will be purchased by the College, professionally framed and placed on permanent display. Congratulations, Gracie!
