Laughter Yoga will be at Wyong Public School these Spring holidays on Friday 29 September at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Parents, carers and children can come along and have loads of fun together doing playful laughing & breathing exercises. Laughter Yoga has far-ranging benefits to our physical health, mental health, and social wellbeing. You will come away from this one-hour session feeling invigorated!

3.NRL League Stars – Skills Clinic (FREE)

Designed for primary school-aged children, this clinic is the ultimate way to get your kids involved in rugby league in a fun and safe environment. Our expert coaches will lead them through a series of engaging, non-contact games that will have them grinning from ear to ear.
