Open Day

Last Friday Night we opened the school up for our annual Open Evening, which serves as a wonderful event where our current families are able to come together and enjoy some wonderful activities and community, but also for new families to come and visit our site, see our community in action, experience the MECS curriculum and enjoy lots of activities for all ages.

We welcomed over 350 people to our Open Evening, which always proves loads of fun, with experiments in the Science labs, including setting fire to people’s hands (no hands were injured in this process), the Backwards Bike in the Senior School, the loved Petting Zoo in the Kindergarten and plenty of food for families to enjoy in community.

We love sharing the MECS community with people and are proud of all our staff and wonderful student leaders throughout the school, who showcased MECS to our wider community.

We are experiencing a significant increase in inquiries and applications for enrolment over the next few years, if you currently have children not attending MECS, who you are looking for enrolments for the future, please contact our team as soon as possible to discuss.

If you have friends and family who are interested in MECS for their children, get them to reach out, with the current demand on MECS, we are finalising enrolments 18 months – 2 years in advance.
