Making a Splash at the CSEN Swimming Carnival

A small contingent of MECS swimmers took part in the CSEN Championships Swimming day on Thursday the 19th of March. Our students competed in many different events, always showing willingness to give it a go and competing with great enthusiasm. We came away with many ribbons and medals, showing that although a small number of students went, they all swam exceptionally well. We also have one student going through to the state swimming level as she came first overall in 2 events! Well done Maggie!

Overall it was a lovely day at the Melbourne Sport and Aquatic Centre, where students had the opportunity to compete against some of the best swimmers around Victoria. Well done MECS swimmers!
